LPG Cylinder Disc Stretching and Forming Line
This LPG cylinder end-forming line integrates disc feeding machines, disc coating machines, disc stretching machines, disc feeding robots, conveyor belts, and end-turning machines to automate the end-forming process. From disc feeding, coating protection, and stretching to robot transfer, conveyor belt transport, and end-turning, it efficiently connects each process, significantly improving production efficiency and ensuring the precision and quality of end-forming.
LPG End-Making Processing Line
This LPG cylinder end-making processing line integrates multiple specialized equipment. A universal end-making robot completes precise automatic transfer, eliminating the need for manual handling throughout the process. The line is equipped with end-cutting, end-reduction, weld cleaning, punching and lettering, and valve seat, handguard, and base welding machines to strictly control workpiece dimensions, weld quality, and the strength of marking and welding. All equipment works seamlessly together in a fully automated process, ensuring stable performance and high production capacity.
The LPG cylinder welding line integrates core equipment such as a vertical end cap assembly machine and an automatic circumferential welder. The entire machine works in synergy and seamless connection, achieving fully automated welding without manual handling. The production line supports two welding processes: spot welding followed by circumferential welding, or direct circumferential welding without spot welding; the latter results in a more perfect internal formation. The equipment is easy to operate and learn, runs stably, produces uniform and strong welds, has outstanding production capacity, is easy to maintain and has low costs, and can be quickly changed to adapt to the production of various cylinder specifications.
The LPG cylinder annealing furnace supports both electric heating and gas heating modes, balancing convenience and economy. It can effectively eliminate residual stress from cylinder welding and ensure product safety. Electric heating is more convenient, while gas heating is lower in cost. Both methods can achieve precise temperature control and stabilize the weld structure. The seamless and efficient welding line, with fully automated control throughout the process, ensures welding quality and improves production continuity.
LPG Cylinder Water Pressure Testing Line and Other Auxiliary Equipment
The surface of the LPG cylinders is treated with a ducted shot blasting machine for rust removal and base coat. This shot blasting machine has a small footprint and provides uniform and efficient rust removal. Subsequently, a protective coating is applied using an electrostatic spraying process, resulting in a coating with strong adhesion and excellent protection. Afterwards, a valve assembly machine precisely assembles the cylinders, an airtightness testing machine checks for potential leaks, and finally, a printing machine marks the cylinders with information.
