    This LPG cylinder end-making processing line integrates multiple specialized equipment. Both methods can achieve precise temperature control and stabilize the weld structure. The seamless and efficient welding line, with fully automated control throughout the process, ensures welding quality and improves production continuity.

    The surface of the LPG cylinders is treated with a ducted shot blasting machine for rust removal and base coat. This shot blasting machine has a small footprint and provides uniform and efficient rust removal. Subsequently, a protective coating is applied using an electrostatic spraying process, resulting in a coating with strong adhesion and excellent protection. Afterwards, a valve assembly machine precisely assembles the cylinders, an airtightness testing machine checks for potential leaks, and finally, a printing machine marks the cylinders with information.
